"It's looking good over there!" - a discussion lead by Christopher Edwards (Wednesday 27th June 2018) 19.30hrs

Wednesday 27th June, 1930 - Ranelagh Sailing Club

Christopher invites you to share his 64 years of experiences and bad habits of racing at Ranelagh and sailing worldwide.

He first sailed in National 12 number 509 in the RSC Winter Series aged 13, and has since had thousands of races under his keel at Putney. He has also raced in many types of boats at most of the main venues in the UK and in Europe, Hong Kong, Sydney Harbour, Maine and Vancouver Island.

Christophers many successes include three National Championships and second in The Champion of Champions Endeavour Trophy.
He was Commodore of Ranelagh Sailing Club for 9 years and of the London Pirates Racing Club Team for over 20 years. He can therefore discuss race management, the Rules and Protest Procedures all of which contribute to "winning"

Everyone welcome.

PS He requests that you bring your life jackets or bouyancy aids if possible, although he promises that water is not involved!
